Susan had walked alone in Muggle London at three in the morning thousands of times. She had her wand with her, and no one seemed to pay her any attention since of course she didn't raise her eyes. She just walked straight on down to the small 24-hour cafe to buy herself a quick sandwich. Curses for not having time to buy herself some groceries this week. It had just been quite the busy week at the hospital. There were so many things to do.
Nothing seemed particularly out of the ordinary tonight, save for Susan's unusually heightened senses. For some reason, she was gripping her wand a little bit tighter tonight. She hadn't thought anything was going to happen, but her body seemed to feel something she was not. Reaching the cafe, she ordered her sandwich and waited for them to begin preparing it, all the while casually scanning the area. Still, nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
Grabbing her bag and paying, she backtracked toward the hospital. Though before she reached the entrance, something told her to glance behind her. And it was a good thing she did. "Stupefy!" A dark figure had been following her the entire time. She knew there was a reason her body was on guard. However, she was still Susan, and the contents of her bag spilled all over the floor as another person came up from behind her.
"Unhand me!" Because the impact had sent her wand flying, and she began to yell. Now, Susan, being quite the expert on all sorts of medications and treatments could clearly feel when they stuck her from the back with something, some sort of calming agent. Hell, I"m probably allergic to it. And she prayed she wasn't, because that would have been the end of her right there. "LET ME....... go...." She was quickly losing consciousness as the injection began to take effect, and her efforts to wiggle her way out of their grasp was stopped by a slap across the face.
That's going to leave a mark.
Susan tended to bruise easily, and she could tell they weren't experts at injecting people with calming agents. Her back stung fiercely, and she whimpered a bit before a wave of black overcame her, and she was out cold.
