[Who] Hannah Abbott and Neville Longbottom [Where] The Leaky Cauldron [What] Hannah offers him a drink via journals and he accepts! Hurrah! [When] Night of his entry
Hannah was a talker, which was exactly why a certain group of wizards, witches, warlocks, and other creatures, made it a habit to quickly get their drink and answer her questions in grunts. They would flee the scene with a quick few steps and gather near the back of The Leaky Cauldron to keep their matters private, leaving everyone else to deal with the chattery young manager. Others, such as Miss Jengle, took up every other seat at the front bar and while some, like Miss Jengle, didn't seem to want to be bothered, it was their secret hope that Hannah would kindly ask them about their day. Often, she'd be the only one to care to ask.
At the moment, she was busy explaining why she had a rather strange looking scar across her eyebrow, leading up into her hairline. "See. What had happened was, is that, like, there was this string of broken lights, right? And I was trying to dispose of them proper and in the fashion of productive people, without magic, and I tripped over the cord and one of the broken ones caught my face right there! And, and, I was so unawares how bad it was until blood was just dripping down my eye and I was all, 'Whoa!' and THEN, I thought I could just heal it with magic and stop being lazy but I said the wrong spell and nearly froze my face off so I got frustrated with magic and broke my wand in half by flinging it across the room and hitting a window and having it fly through the window and someone ran over it, a muggle, in a car, and it snapped! I only just got my replacement and I was so annoyed by the magic that I decided to let it heal natural like and now I have a scar and it's horrid looking but I'm going to St. Mungo's tomorrow to get it taken care of proper, yeah? How are YOU Miss Jengle??"
Hannah took a breath, finally, and leaned on the counter to listen to the old witch go on when she caught the sight of her pal out of the corner of her eye. "NEVILLE! Hello!"
