Siiiigh. Heather here. I have been without internet at the new house this whole week (though hopefully that will be fixed today. -crosses fingers-) so that's why this is a day late. Stupid Starbucks closing when I specifically told it not to. Rude. Anyway! Just FYI, Alex!Gimli is getting dropped this week. Probably nowish actually, since I don't plan on posting for her again, but I digress.

Meet my newest character, Lana Gibson! Technically she's like in her sixties but, details details. She's the reincarnate of Legolas Greenleaf, so that explains why she looks so good for her age? Gotta love that ageless elven beauty. She grew up a flower child of the 60's, a supporter of the free love movement and everything Beatles. She got Legolas the day after Woodstock, coming down off an acid trip. Anyway, she never fought in the war, she spent a lot of years traveling abroad before finally settling down in London some odd years ago. She's been working for the Agency for the last five years, and after Aaron was made director of the security department he named her his deputy. Yes, that's right, Aragorn and Legolas are in charge of the Agency's security. You've never been safer? :D

She also has an eight month old daughter. Long story short, she was in a long term relationship with another reincarnate who got her pregnant. He convinced her to have the child despite her reservations considering the child would probably be mortal, and then he up and left her before their daughter was even born. What a prince, huh? But she's gotten by just fine. Her daughter's name is Penelope (Penny for short...) and Aaron/Aragorn plays her psuedo-dad. Lana? Is a very curious mixture of human and elf. She's managed to retain a lot of her human side thanks to her daughter and Aaron, but in some of her mannerisms and speech you can tell what having Legolas in her head has done to her over the years. She's very slowly losing touch with humanity, but it's happened so slowly she probably hasn't even noticed. She has Leg's trade mark mocking sense of humor as well as his undying loyalty and habit of jumping to Aragorn's people's defense with the reflexes and temperament of a pissy elf. She still loves the 60's (she listens to Crosby Stills Nash & Young and burns incense in her flat on the daily), and she also has Legolas' tolerance for alcohol so think twice before challenging her to a drinking contest. Also, don't mess with her head of security. Lana will kill you if you try anything.

She needs plot! We'll take aaaanything. Anyone at the Agency within the last five years would know her and probably be familiar with her daughter, she brings her to the office a lot. And any Ageless/LOTR reincarnates are welcome to know her too! See here for her complete bio. ♥
