Liz kind of played the day out in a numb sort of haze; the day before after getting to bed after talking with Kali outside sitting on the sidewalk outside the cemetery. She didn’t move from her bed. Not even for lunch or dinner, and she only answered her phone when Kali called. She didn’t want to get up and go to work Monday morning, but, she had to. Blowing off work wasn’t something that would do her any good. [As if staying in bed all day was doing her good, it only gave her more time to think, and re-think all the things that were said… and let her feelings and emotions mix and mangle even more. She hadn’t felt this angry, and hurt it quite some time.]
After leaving work, she was supposed to head to Stephen’s for a Monday evening practice. The band had practice two-three times a week; Tuesdays and Thursdays, and sometimes Mondays when Stephen felt it was needed. Or, Liz could swear half the time it was just because he wanted everyone to hang out, or maybe he just really wanted her around, [since the guys were usually hanging out anyway] and a reason for her not to refuse to come. But, that was just the odd idea she had in her head about it.
Before heading to practice; she packed her bag with a few things. Then headed to Stephen’s, where she was mostly keeping to herself; except for taking two beers that were offered. She didn’t talk to any of the guys, but she defiantly rocked out on the drums. Maybe a little harder than needed, and then when things were wrapped up and the guys were talking about heading out, and bring their ‘girl’… Liz. She asked to borrow the bathroom, which wasn’t a problem, and she took a quick shower, and got dressed, in the things she brought with her. A very skimpy outfit fixed her hair and makeup. She’d gotten dressed at Stephen’s because she didn’t want Kali knowing she was going out. Was likely she was still at work, but, she was never sure.
She sort of dodged their questions, and Markus cute teasing. And didn’t even notice Stephen’s somewhat gaping, glaring. Then, after repeatedly refusing their offer to go out with them, she left. And headed out of town, she knew of a few clubs that she went to when she didn’t want anyone really recognizing her. After a few hours of drinking, and some serious dancing with random men, she headed back into town. Although taking the other road, she was driving past the Biker Bar, and, she stopped, turned around and pulled into the parking lot.
Liz didn’t really want to head home; and she rarely went to the Biker bar, she usually was seen everywhere else and thus figured that hopefully nobody would recognize her, although by this time, she wasn’t as caring as earlier that evening. She climbed out of her car, and headed towards the door. She was wearing a very short black leather mini skirt, and red and black halter top, with an open back, held together with a tied string. The shirt was a bit short, and showed off her stomach a bit, and her belly button piercing, which has a red and black skull ring; matching earrings in her upper piercing in her ears. All her tattoos were viewable, except the ones on her feet; since she was wearing knee high boots. Her long naturally blond hair hung loosely over her nearly bare shoulders.
She ignored the few whistles that a few of the men let out when she walked past them. She’d been ignoring them all night; except for the ones coming from the few young men she danced with, although, to their dismay she dropped them after a few songs. It had annoyed a few of them, which was when she left and went to another place, which was how she ended up driving towards home. She’d run out of places to skip off to.
She slid up on a bar stool, figuring she’d start with a drink; not that she hadn’t already had more than a few. People were usually surprised at how much she could drink before being completely wasted, considering how small of a girl she was. Although, mostly it’s cause she’d drank so much when she was younger. A guy called out to her, then stepped behind her, “Hey missy, you wanta dance.” Liz didn’t even glance at him, “Not with you… Piss off.”
