Redneckia is an adult themed role playing game based on country music celebrities and their friends.
To join you must have a celebrity journal and apply in the post below. We will get to your application as quickly as possible and let you get started in the game!
Here are the rules...please read them before you apply to join.
Rules
1. The most important rule of all...don't be a jerk. Treat your fellow player as you would like to be treated.
2. Don't God-Mod or attempt to control other people's celebrities.
3. Keep it IC unless it is an OOC specific post
4. If you have a problem with someone, take it to a moderator in PMs. Do not make a post on the group or comment in the threads. Your problems will be handled as quickly as possible. There is also a screened post for this:
5. If you don't post anything for two weeks, you will be under review. It's fine if you have a family emergency or other reasons that you can't post and we will offer one month hiatuses, but if you're not interacting with the players without a good reason, then you're hogging a role someone else might enjoy more.
6. The limit of celebrities is six. One of these MUST be in country music themselves, aka an actual performer not just a family member or friend of a singer.
7. Celebrity family members count for the country music celebrities, but non celebrities do not. For example, you can play Carrie Underwood's husband, who is famous in his own right. You can not play a random aunt of Dierks Bentely that is not famous in her own right.
8. "Friends" of country music celebrities generally refers to someone they have worked with, BUT it can also mean a relationship that has been documented in the media. Contestants on "The Voice" and "American Idol" from any season are allowed because Blake Shelton and Keith Urban have been coaches/judges on those shows. So, for example, Adam Lambert would be allowed even though he wasn't on Keith Urban's seasons.
9. We all make typos and have that word we just can't seem to ever spell right, but please keep your posts as legible as possible. No lolspeak, no netspeak, and while you are not required to run a spell check over the posts, everyone will appreciate it if you do!
10. Most of all, have fun!
If you have any questions or concerns, there is a comment post below the application. The comments are screened and therefore kept private to everyone except the poster and the moderators.
