• Enter a subject line when posting, with the recipe name or description (ie. "homemade tomato sauce from scratch", "vegan chocolate chip cookies", "no-bake tuna noodle casserole", etc.) Subsequently, if you're posting with a recipe request or for a recipe suggestion based on the ingredients you have on hand, please specify what the request is for (ie. "request: vegetarian faux-chicken noodle soup", "request, ingredients: flour, dark chocolate, chopped coconut, etc.", "request: dense, chewy fudge brownies").
• Tag your entries to make searching easier for members (list coming soon -- until then, remember things like method [cooking, baking, no-bake], ingredient specifications [vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, low-fat], specific area-related recipes [italian, french, southern us, hispanic], ingredients used [chicken, white chocolate, dried fruit, cheese], etc.)
• Include printed recipes behind an lj-cut. Also, whenever possible, include photos because everybody likes looking at yummy food, right? If you have more than one picture, the rest should also be placed behind an lj-cut. Please make sure that the picture outside of the lj-cut is no larger than 500px on its longest side.
