Clark tried to open the door quietly, not wanting to wake Kon up, though it was rather silly seeing as how he had hearing probably as good as Clarks, if he hadn't tuned everything out in order to sleep. He moved quietly into the apartment and glanced around to see if Kon was up yet then gestured for Lex to come in. Shutting the door behind himself he glanced around again then focused on Lex. "It's not much but you're welcome here whenever. Are you hungry? Thirsty? I should proabably be making breakfast anyway." Afterall both he and Kon had to eat.

Wayne-Tech Tower was decked out in full holiday season fashion. huge wreaths hung from each side of the tower and lit trees and reindeer scattered elegantly around the building, which itself was lit with millions of tiny lights sparkling like stars. At the doors there were a host of suited men and women standing to check invitations, both won through essays and sent out to supporters of the charitys Wayne-Tech was sponsering this year. It truely was an event of mixed classes, where those with the best essays mingled with some of the richest men and women in the world. Even those who were obvious metas weren't descriminated against as they mingled through the crowds
The food and drinks were plentiful and laughter often rang out over the music of the Gotham City Symphony. There were couples already dancing on the rather large floor that had been set aside for that purpose and men and women in beautiful red dresses and suits moved through the crowds, collecting donations for various charities.

This is Vickie Vale reporting from DCNN Gotham. Tonights special report, what's happened to Santa? Just Three days ago reports started pouring in about Santa's going missing from malls, street corners, even in front of crowded stores. Most of you might be thinking this is a prank, but these aren't Santa decorations being taken, these are actually Santa's helpers. Volunteers from the Salvation Army, Mall Santa's and the like are all going missing at record speeds all over the world. We go live to an eyewitness report."
[Camera view switches to three teenagers in front of a Macys in central Gotham]
"We saw it all, a big domino man on some kind of flying ATV swept down out of nowhere and just grabbed the guy!"
[Camera switches back to Vickie in the Studio.]
"So our question is, who is this Domino Man, a new villain? And where have all the Santa's gone. Reporting from DCNN this is Vickie Vale signing off."
