Riku stepped out of the portal and he tried to see if there was any landmarks that could have helped him find the place again but all that was around was white hallways and the white large door before him now. Waiting until the Marluxia had opened the door, he moved past the other man to enter the overly spartan room, taking in the utter emptiness of it before walking over to girl seated in the chair.

"Namine?"

Facing the Shadow of the past

The shadow appeared same as it had before, without a sound and sudden as wind before a storm moving in. Narrowing blue eyes, Zexion extended one arm before him, fingers closing over black leather binding seconds later, he flipped the book open and allowed it to come to rest open within one hand, lifting the other to attack the shadow in order to distract it from Riku until the boy could recover enough to regain his feet and summon his weapon. Course considering the speed at which the shadow turned its attention to him, the massive Guardian sliding out from behind the hovering man to take a swipe at him with one large hand.

Dance of Flames [ATTN: Riku]

Training? Not the most unusual thing to dump a kid on him for. He didn't think it would end up one who wasn't even part of the Organization-- or a Nobody, for that matter. Still.. this kid? He was a bit of work. You would figure with this atmosphere in The World That Never Was, the kid would be far more wary, but instead he was hellbent on learning.

Okay, so Axel could admire that. Somehow. Maybe. In the back of his now non-existent heart.

Regardless of the reasons Lexaeus had dumped and dashed, Axel didn't seem too concerned with. This was just as much an excuse to exert a little force as any, and he wasn't about to pass up the chance to kick some brat's ass for being too cocksure in this place.

Havoc's Divide is where he had chosen to drag this poor unfortunate soul, lighting up the area with a ring of fire to ensure Riku stayed within his 'training grounds' with him here.

"...yo, you ready?" A twirl of twin chakram at his sides, just waiting in a relaxed stance for the boy.

In the blood of the lamb. [Attn: Riku]

Marluxia opened the corridor of darkness just outside of the quarters that had been appointed to Riku. It was easy to find the boy. In these castle full of hollow beings, his heart shone like a beacon. It was a wonder really, that with all of these new pets running around, the heartless had not yet over-run the castle. Really, when he was superior, there'd be a few little changes to this.

Raising his hand, he knocked on the pristine white door, waiting for Riku to open it. Certainly, he could have portalled into his room, but giving the boy a sense of privacy and control would probably prove more beneficial. Certainly if he was to convince him that the elders were just using him, he'd have to be at least a little courteous. And who knew, a child like that could be very valuable to his plans.

Dark City [Atten: Axel, Roxas]

The boy had been dealing with the random heartless which appeared during his wanderings, but that had been just two or three..at most five or six of them at one time. Part of him acknowledged that perhaps the fact that he had been readily enough able to deal with those, had made him a little too confident in his ability to deal with the creatures. The other part raged at how weak he was currently every time the feeling of freshly drawn blood running down over his arms, shoulders and legs, called his attention away from trying to keep the monsters away from him. It seemed that no matter how many he did destroy more took the place of the one banished.

Unexpectedly as he turned to deflect another attack aimed toward his torso, one leg slid further back than expected dumping him down on his ass hard enough to cause his hand to lose its already tenuous hold on the weapon which was all that was keeping the shadows away from him. Kicking out at the one closest to him, he had the brief satisfaction at seeing it blow apart at the impact before two more decided to latch onto the shoe, tearing it apart even as he managed to jerk his leg back from them, pulling both up close to his chest in a last ditch effort to afford it some small bit of extra protection as the mass seemed to rush inward toward him before exploding into black clouds. Without any warning a black cloaked figure now stood over him, currently keeping a new wave of heartless at bay. Only something had apparently decided to up the ante as it were, these heartless were considerably larger than the ones which had preceded them.
