Where: Old Raccon City Hospital

Why: Lol, <333?
Sarah dropped out of the middle of nowhere and she first noticed that Luc was gone, the scenery had changed and she was suddenly feeling very frightened. Using her hand, she made a movement and her body changed to a small, back cat and she started walking along the streets, staying in safe areas to walk where their were not any people. Her eyes raised to the sign,"Mission Street. Please go ahead for the Higher City." Sarah sighed with a low mewl, her walking had stopped when she saw a horde of people on the ground, eating another human.
She backtracked, finding a safe place to sit, observing the situation for now and wishing she hadn't seen what she'd just seen happening. Her paws clutched onto a metallic surface, starting to howl and roawrl as loudly as she could, hoping to gain attention from one of the strange persons to see their faces or eyes.
They looked like beasts.
