Raccoon City - A panfandom

After claiming her and Jack's laptops from the police station Gwen was back in the hotel room and losing herself in the idea of a branch of Torchwood within Raccoon City. Between her, Jack and The Doctor she knew it would work and she had gotten wind of another friend being a recent arrival so she was excited to finally meet Rose Tyler if she came. But for now she was just going over the files that had somehow landed on her laptop and waited for Jack's now known knock (so she would know it was him). But only Jack could see the effects of recent events within Gwen's eyes: she was emotionally very dead since losing Tosh and Owen and had never really faced losing them beyond one small emotional meltdown (plus she had been dealing with intense stress headaches, but very well hidden for now).

Why: She just landed and is confused

To most a pretty if semi confused woman would just be on her way home from a night out at the pub with her friends. But for Gwen Cooper this was different, having somehow just been dumped into the city. So for now her plan was pretty simple: locate someone from her world like Jack Harkness or Ianto Jones while getting some clues into things. "Maybe if I locate a police station then I can at least get some directions?" she mused as she walked, shoulder bag slung over one arm and eyes scanning for anything even semi normal. But only those select few could see how miserable Gwen actually was, having just lost Tosh and Owen only a few weeks before.
