WHO: Jill Valentine and Gabriel Gray
WHERE: the Clock Tower and then on to the streets of the Lower City
WHEN: Sometime after their posts back and forth
WHAT: Making sure Gabriel is capable of taking care of himself and helping out STARS
STATUS: Incomplete
