http://www.godhatesfags.com <--Yes, the website we all know and love from the hateful, bigoted fuckwits at Westboro Baptist Church. I tried to go to the site just now and it was taking too long to load. My guess is that the masses of Heath Ledger fans are going to the site and using up their bandwidth like mad. I know if it were my favorite actress (who also played a queer character) that had died and they were picketing I would be exploding like the rabid fangirl I am. Regardless of whether I was a fan of Ledger or not, this kind of thing just makes me ill.
If I were the kind of person to wish bad things on others--which I'm not, because I have, you know, morals--I would wish Fred Phelps would contract AIDS so that his church could picket his funeral when his immune system weakened enough for him to contract pneumonia and drown in his own fluids.
But I'm not that kind of person. I believe in karma, though, and truly believe that Phelps and his inbred clan of psychos will get what they deserve in the next life, if not this one. |
