"C'mon honey, it wasn't that bad!" said Ben. Michael sat with him in a booth, looking stunned.

"It was! I still feel queasy!"

"What did you expect?"

"I knew it would be frightening, but not that bad!"

"Hey guys, what's up?" Justin said in passing. He paused.

"Michael? What's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost."

"We went to the classic film festival," said Ben. "Michael's still in shock."

"What'd you see?"

"The Birds." Michael shuddered.

Justin burst out laughing. "Wait 'til I tell Brian."

"You wouldn't!"

Justin simply chuckled and then walked off, chirping and flapping his arms.

I love the movie, but part of what I love is the campiness. It's SO FAR removed from what we consider scary today! That's why I picked it for a movie that would freak Michael out.
