Okay, you go here

Where it says Post To: you select qaf_prompts (make sure you're a member first)

then you copy and paste your fic in. Use a cut, so that we don't see the whole long fic all at once (go to the community to see what I mean if you're not sure.) People usually put the cut after some header information, such as Title, Author etc.

Here's how you do a cut
< lj - cut > (just take away the spaces so it's all together)

Then you hit the Post button! That's it.
