How could think that is an abomination?

I ask that all the time, too, Deb.

There was a letter in our local paper this weekend that said "exactly" what those people were saying...

*saddened*

This scene always gets to me! The looks on their faces as the people in the cars are shouting their hate right in their faces. What happened to love thy neighbor?

Jerk-off friendly environment...

LOL.

Although I do appreciate Brian's thoughtfulness, I find the thought of people jerking off at their desks at Kinnetik disturbing.

Brian's cancer-free. YAY!

Yet, surprisingly enough, I have no problem with the thought of Brian jerking off at work as he is having hot phone-sex with Justin! Hmm, go figure!

How much do I love the Brian/Ted friendship thing? Very Very Much!
I so love that one moment they are all grown-up and business, and then, boom, they are just two horny guys looking at hotties on the internet! :D
It eases some of the pain of the loss of the Brian/Mikey show.

Linds: Are we just gonna pretend as if it never happened?

That is the most awkward sentence ever...it sounds so odd to me.

If you've got more, feel free to jump in...that's all I've got on them.

1. Ewwwwwww...Debbie freaks me out sneezing in the pepper. But Justin makes a cute face.

2. Lewis. I can't get too serious this morning for some reason. That story about The Partridge Family makes me snort at its silliness.

Brian having sex with the Australian is *almost* the worst Brian sex ever. Regular conversation during sex annoys the hell out of me.

I love our first glimpse of Justin's big-assed painting in the background though...

Emmett and Drew
[info]noteverything

Poor Drew, so far coming out hasn't really worked out.

I get a kick out of him saying, "Now I've officially lost everything." I wish Em had said, "Not everything," instead of "You haven't lost me."

:D

Michael visits Kinnetik
[info]noteverything
2009-08-03 02:24 pm UTC (link)
Now that's awkward...

"You and your guest..." Poor Michael, reduced to nothingness.

Brian knows Michael wants something...is that surprising or not to you?

Brian offering it for nothing makes me happier than I can say. I'm not even sure if it's a "big deal" or just typically Brian, but I think it's a "big deal" and I love that he did it.

1. Eli and Monty are still annoying to me.

2. Justin: So menopausal.
Sorry, but I still want to slap the child.

3. Jenn: When there's a Proposition 15 to take away the rights of middle aged women to still have a life, let's hope you show up for me.
And I want to stand up and *cheer* for her!!

4. Em. Now that's what I call sparkling.

It's hard to watch all the aftermath and think of anything coherent to say...

Brian's voice yelling for Justin makes me cry every single time.

That bloody shoe doesn't help.

I will say that Michael's face freaked me out the first time. I can't remember if I already knew he'd be ok or not...but that was *creepy* and really scary.

*FINALLY*
[info]noteverything
2009-08-03 02:48 pm UTC (link)
Melanie and Lindsay realize what matters. It guts me that it took something that scary and shitty to make them see it, but I guess that's actually a pretty realistic picture. So many times we don't see what we've got until it's gone or almost gone.

The scene of all four of them in bed is absolutely beautiful.

Makes me *almost* forgive them for all their other shit the last two seasons.

The chapel
[info]noteverything
2009-08-03 02:50 pm UTC (link)
I *always* wonder...why did Brian even go into the hospital chapel?

To pray? Surely not...

Or did he know Deb was there and wanted to be with her? I'm going with that one...

When he takes her hand, I won't lie to you, I cry some more. And his face when she asks if he wants to say a prayer makes me love him 10,000 times more than I already did.

Brian's hands...the way he clutches at Justin kills me.

And then, when he first says "I love you" it's still tentative, but then he pulls away and says it again looking straight at Justin. I always wonder what runs through Justin's mind right at that moment and I always hope it's nothing but, "I love you too." It *looks* like that's all...right?

FINAL THOUGHTS
[info]noteverything
2009-08-03 02:59 pm UTC (link)
This episode seems to play faster than any other to me...

I am almost always taken a bit by surprise when I see Brian and Justin walking toward each other at the end.

And what an ending it is...I'd been spoiled to it LONG before I ever saw it the first time, but it was still so beautiful that I just kept going back and watching it again and again.

It's almost like the start of a new mini-season to me. 510-513 have so many things I love and enjoy.

I'm looking forward to the rest of the episodes now, especially 513. Doing the marathon with you guys has actually made me like S5 less, so I'm curious to see what your reactions are for the ending and how those affect my opinions.
