Thanks to qafmaniac for another great banner and our MGW icons!

507 is history...we did it! I think the rest of the season will be much easier and we have lots to look forward to. I've *loved* reading your perspective on these episodes. I've gone up and down and back and forth and still can't figure out exactly how I feel about Season Five, but I'm sure of one thing. I love Queer as Folk...always have, always will. And now I'll shut my cheesy mouth and get us started on 508.

Brian bumping his head makes me laugh.

Besa and I have commented often on the beauty that is Brian Kinney in that sweater and those jeans and those shoes. I could sit and stare all day...

And I love the contrite look on his face when Lindsay's giving him grief over The Bet. Reminds me of when Justin and Michael were doing the same thing in the diner after he pissed on Rage.

What's your take on this? Why does Brian not go ahead and fuck him? Just because he thinks it's the ultimate prize..the big "fuck you?" Or is there something more to that?

It is *really* that important to him not to lose his status as the hottest stud in Pittsburg? After all, he didn't even mention that in his speech to Ted back at Kinnetik...he only mentioned losing Michael and Justin.

I'm so glad that Hunter finally contacted Ben and Michael...that alone gives me a pretty good feeling about this episode, which, all in all, I think is sort of boring.

I do like that Justin is moving on, still striving to be the best homosexual he can be, still standing against his dad *AND* Prop 14, making his "dump" a place to live and work. He wasn't doing a whole lot of anything when he was still with Brian, so you know, I can appreciate the breakup for that reason.

Admitting that they did have problems and desperately needed to figure those out is so hard to do when all I want to do is see them happy. I just wanna be that squealy, OMG!!!! TEH love!**&^^%@%@ fangirl and forget this stuff ever happens. But I'll buck up and be a big girl this time.
