Brian has always loved Justin's smarts and him not needing to take notes and remembering everything that Brian said shows us that Justin is listening to Brian again.
this could go back to 103, justin took off his shirt and was shakin his booty in brians direction, well here he gives brian a compliment telling him that his staff admires him and tells him what a great boss he is.. brian replies "maybe i have been a little hard on you,get back to work"...Permission for Justin to continue to work a little harder? Then Justin: "Yes, Mr. Kinney" - an agreement that he plans to do just that..
