Stockwell is still intent on cleaning up the city—with Brian's help. Stockwell asks if Brian has any kids, and says he's sure Brian shares every parent's concern, that his kid might come across a porn site like Ted's. (Somehow, I can't see Brian ever flipping out over something like that.) Much of the "family friendly" idea never really made sense to me. There are things that should be kept out of the reach of children (like porn sites), but that doesn't mean they shouldn't exist at all. Expecting the whole world be child-friendly is expecting a bit too much, imo. "I'm finding that out." Hee, what's the matter, Brian? Stockwell wants to get Ted convicted before the election, and he also wants to do a TV spot about the dangers of porn. Seriously, has Stockwell never watched a porno? Or is it different because it's gay porn he's shutting down? And what kid is actually going to listen to him about it, anyway? There are a lot of things I can think to protect kids from that come before porn, but whatever. Stockwell wants Brian to keep Ted's trial alive. I love how Brian expertly plays him here.
