Brian's Fantasy
[info]britin1729
2012-04-13 03:12 am UTC (link)
Okay, reposted from the other thread:

GUH what a hot scene to start out with. Brian fucking Justin over the table. Justin throwing his hands over his face. His toes curling. Brian's sex faces. *dies*

But alas, it's only happening in Brian's mind. His disappointment (and ours) is clear when he realizes it's only a trick. And not a very hot one, at that.

On a shallow note, I hate Brian's shirt.

That look on his face and that little sigh makes me wonder if this is a regular occurrence. Picking up tricks only to fantasize about the person he really wants to be with.

And Brian has really nice hair in the diner.
...yeah, that's all I can focus on.

Good for Michael for admitting that he deserved the smack, but boo for suggesting to Justin that he was only with Brian for his money. Gross.

Ted and Emmett
[info]britin1729
2012-04-13 03:15 am UTC (link)
Despite liking them about 10000 times better as friends, they are sweet together for a while. Only these first lines ("Rise and shine lover." "Lover—how I love that word.") are hard to listen to. They instantly throw me into 314, when things have gone to hell between them, and Emmett despondently says how he used to "love that word." :(

But things are good and happy between them now. "No I'm not. Really?" Lol. I love Em.

The diner
[info]britin1729
2012-04-13 03:17 am UTC (link)

Ted and Emmett are being loverly. Brian looks nauseous.

"Anal warts?" LOL.

"A loving, mature relationship. Open up for the choo choo, boo boo!" ROFL.

A guy comes up wanting to know when the next issue of Rage is coming out, prompting Michael to go over and talk to Justin.

"I guess Brian came in handy for something." Really, Michael? You're still not letting this go? Ugh.

Michael suggests that they put aside their differences and work on Rage together. Justin tells Michael he doesn't want anything to do with him. I don't blame Justin at this point, but I have to give Michael a little credit for trying. In a half-assed sort of way.

Mel and Linds meet at the park with Gus.

Dusty asks if the girls are due for another kid. Lindsay is good with one for the moment; Melanie has other ideas. ;)

Justni and Daphne
[info]britin1729
2012-04-13 03:20 am UTC (link)
Justin and Daphne are hanging out while Ethan begs/performs (depending on who you ask) on the street.

"The claw just gets tired sometimes." :(

Is it me, or is Daphne not feeling the Ethan love all that much?

Meanwhile, Justin is talking about how great Ethan is. As you can see by the way Justin constantly compares his current with his ex, he is so totally over Brian and not talking himself into this relationship at all. *rolls eyes*

Justin announces that he's dropping out of school without Brian to pay for it. :( Oh noes!

We are again treated to a glimpse of Brian's single life, which he appears to be having some difficulty adjusting to. His attempts to find someone hot to fuck are turning up naught.

Oh Brian *pets* You are so lonely without teh Justin. And also a dumbass for not realizing that all you have to do is go make things right with him and you will never have this problem again.

[info]britin1729

Mmm I like this scene. Mostly because Melanie is half naked here. *drools*

Mel brings up that whole "no more babies" thing. Lindsay says she was hoping to have grown-up time again now that Gus is getting older.

"Big, hard belly and luscious tits and you were horny all the time..." I'm sorry Mel, is this why Lindsay loved being pregnant, or why you loved her being pregnant? Lol!

I really think they should discuss this having-another-baby thing when they're not naked, high, drunk, and in a tub. Just saying ;)

Suddenly there's a knock at the door. I wonder who that could be...

It's Brian, looking for someone to relieve him of his boredom.

"Fuck!"
"At least give me dinner and schmooze me up first." LOL.

Oh, Brian. He's just so pathetic and lonely here. But in a funny, "here I am who's going to entertain me tonight" kind of way. I wonder how often he's been over at their house lately?

Unlike Daph, Jennifer is impressed with Justin's new bf. I can understand her liking Ethan more than Brian at first. Even after realizing Justin wasn't going to end up with a woman like she'd always thought, Brian still wasn't exactly what she had in mind for her son.

Hmm Justin asks not to talk about Brian. Because he's so over him? ;)

Jennifer suggests asking Craig for tuition. I don't blame Justin for not wanting a fucking penny from him :(

the grandfather clause
[info]britin1729
2012-04-13 03:37 am UTC (link)

I love Brian for asking Em what his problem is. Even if he does give shitty advice.

Seriously though, WHY would you ever take relationship advice from Brian, of all people???

When you think about it, though, Brian's rules for commitment are odd. He's encourages Emmett to fuck Dijon and defends both Lindsay and Mel to themselves when they cheat, but then even when he and Justin are apart, he honors their no kissing rule. He's a strange man.

Dinner with Deb, Vic, and Ben
[info]britin1729
2012-04-13 03:43 am UTC (link)
"Love Mother." LOL.

Aww Ben is the most understanding bf ever. I love him. But really, it's time to grow a backbone. And that goes for Michael, too.

"Let's just hope Michael wakes up and realizes he's just a substitute for Justin."

Compare the way things are now, with Brian missing Justin like crazy and turning to Michael to fill that void, to back in S1, when Brian and Michael were fighting and Justin was the substitute. Justin has really become the most important relationship in Brian's life, and Brian clearly is not dealing well with the loss of it.

I don't know what to make of Michael's behavior here. I don't think this is all about just going back to the old days with Brian. He does want to be with Ben and move forward. But he also feels an obligation to his friend, and I think a small part of him really doesn't mind having Brian need him again. But this isn't doing Brian any good, and it's only hurting Michael and Ben's relationship.

How long has it been since they've seen each other, do you think? Did Craig even see Justin in the hospital after he was bashed?

Justin almost looks nervous when his dad his looking at the drawings.

"I'm never going to be a businessman. And I'm never going to be straight....I am the man that I want to be. I'm the only man that I can be. If you can't be proud of me for that, then that's your problem."
