Debbie took Carl’s proffered hand as she climbed out of the limo, dressed elegantly in a deep purple ball gown.
The gown in question had shown up earlier in the day, anonymously, with only a small note attached saying, “A little something to celebrate the victory.”
The red carpet stretched out before her.
She was so proud of Michael and Sunshine that something they had created would soon be shared with millions. Their stories, their lives, their hearts were poured into Rage. Now they had made a name for themselves and their art in ways she had only dreamed about.
