Title: Just A Smudge
Author's Note: The bunny was noteverything's and we were going to write it together, but her computer died and she got tied up, so she let me play with it all by myself. Thank you! And thank you to my wonderful beta, suze_y, for always taking time to help me!

“Uh oh, Jus. Daddy said if we were gonna make a mess we hadda keep it in the studio, remember?” Gus’s eyebrows knit with concern as he pointed to where a smudge of finger-paint marred the den’s hardwood floor.

“Hmm, well we don’t want him to see that, do we?” Justin replied, reaching out and covering it with a colorful hand-print.

Gus’s eyes widened in horrified delight, then, hesitantly, he added his own much smaller print next to Justin’s, and burst into giggles.

Hours later, their parade of hand-print animals marched through the foyer, greeting Brian at the front door.
