Title: Hidden Truth
And the Condom Goes to: Justin
“I’ll get it Ma!” Michael shouted up the stairs as the doorbell rang yet again on Halloween night.
“It’s past curfew, baby, so turn off the porch light after this group.” Shouting was a normal mode of conversation in the Novotny household.
“Trick or Treat Mikey!” Michael gaped for a moment and then pulled his bruised and bleeding best friend in the door. “Jesus Christ Brian, what the hell happened to you?”
“I wouldn’t share my candy so a big bully jumped me.” Michael nodded sadly at the hidden truth and hugged his friend tightly.
“I fucking hate Halloween, Mikey.”
