You wondered, so I think it was worth asking! It's never spelled out in words (I can't actually think of a time at ALL that anyone says *specifically* where Justin lives, even during the PP arc) that Justin's still at Daphne's after 308 and we see Brian and Justin together so often that sometimes it does seem that Justin's moved back in to the loft.
