As far as I recall that scene with the realtor is the last time we see that house, it's in 1.18 when Justin is over there to tell his mom about being accepted by PIFA and she tells him about the divorce and upcoming sale.

We see her new place in 2.01 and 2.02 when Justin is living there after being released from the hospital. I don't remember there ever being a mention of Justin seeing his mother at her place after that, but I'd be surprised if he didn't do it offscreen often enough.
