How old was Debbie at the beginning of the series?
Michael was 29 turning 30 at the beginning of the series.

We find out Michael's dad was Debbie's classmate.

So if Debbie was 18 or 19 when she had Michael, that would make her 49/50 at the beginning of the series.

Does that seem right?

So what would you say is Vic's age?

For some reason I didn't see Debbie on the cusp of 50, I kind of got the feeling that she was mid-fifties and that Vic was in his early 50s.

Was Vic older or younger than Debbie?

	Vic was younger... "Fuck you little brother. Fuck. You." meep At some point doesn't Debbie tell a story to Mel when she's pregnant (or to someone?) about how there once was a girl who popped our her kid and went right back to work... does she mention how old she was when she had Michael in that little speech? Michael argues that it was different for Deb because she was only seventeen when she had him - which was either in March (2.13) or November (1.11) 1970 -, as opposed to Mel in her thirties and with endometriosis; so she would have been 47 when the series started, making her year of birth 1953. Vic's year of birth varies between 1952 on his Babylon membership card and 1951 on his headstone, but he was always made out to be the younger one when it came up. Who knows?
