You know what?! We’re coming to Pittsburgh for Christmas. Yay!!! AND we’re all staying with you and Papa. In your big house. That’s so COOL! Mommy and Mama told JR and me today. And we’re getting all our presents there. Mom said Santa will know where we are but JR and I wrote new letters to Santa. I helped with hers coz she writes SO slow. Now we can be sure that he’ll bring the presents to your house. I asked Santa for a new bicycle. A RED one!!!!!!
Love you and Papa,

Brian wouldn’t admit it under torture but he was fucking nervous about the oncoming Christmas holiday. Shit! They were going to celebrate at the house and everybody and their uncle would be there. Their whole fucking family. How on earth had the twat managed to convince him that this was actually a good idea? Oh, yes… uh-huh… he remembered. THAT had really been fun! Now, however, he was stuck with the prospect of hosting a huge family gathering and a whole week with the munchers to boot. But that meant a whole week with his sonny boy… he couldn’t wait.

This is TOP SECRET, Papa!!! You can’t tell Dad. You must promise not to tell him!!! I need your help with Daddy’s Christmas present. So I tell you what I want for him and you buy it for me and then we can wrap it together, right? It’s a surprise. You know how Daddy once told me that when he was a little boy like me he wanted to get a train-set for Christmas but Santa always forgot to bring him one. So this year he’ll get it and we’ll play TOGETHER. I love you!!!

This would be their first Christmas at Britin. Justin was really excited and looked forward to hosting the big family get-together on Christmas Day. After returning to Pittsburgh for good the year before, they had finally completely moved into their house over the summer. They still used the loft occasionally but their real home was here now. It hadn’t been easy to persuade Brian to agree to the whole Christmas deal. Justin licked his lips and smirked in fond remembrance. His hand sneaked down to his crotch and grabbed the eager dick as he started to leisurely stroke himself off.

Brian stood on the catwalk of Babylon, supervising his little kingdom. Ted was a fucking business genius. It was Naughty Elves Night and the club was packed. Men in weird outfits populated the dance-floor. Crowded as it was though, his eyes unerringly fell on Justin. His partner was practically glowing, cute pointy Legolas-ears giving him a strange other-worldly appearance. Yeah, he was one fucking lucky guy. It no longer scared him to admit that, at least to himself. A predatory gleam lit up his eyes; it was time to claim his naughty elf for some hot sex in the VIP-lounge.

“Caaaarl!!!” Debbie screeched enthusiastically as soon as her husband entered their home.
“My God, woman. Whatever is wrong? You almost gave me a heart-attack. Give a man a break here!”
He had hardly time to take off his gloves, coat and scarf before he was assaulted and squeezed within an inch of his life. A noisy smack landed on his left cheek and he knew there would now be a bright red kiss-shaped lipstick print.
“You won’t believe it, Carl. Brian and Justin came by the diner this afternoon and invited us all for Christmas Day. The whole… fucking… family!”

Hey, Sonny Boy!
How did the presentation of your science project go today at school? I just bet your Mrs. Shuyler was royally impressed. I’m very proud of you, Gus. But you forgot to send me the promised picture of your finished project with your last email! Okay, just don’t forget it again next time, Justin and I really want to see it. Are you excited about coming here for Christmas? We’re really happy. It will be good to see you again. And your moms and JR too, of course. I love you, son.

Here is the promised picture of my project. The presentation went really well and Mrs. Shuyler gave me an A+. Jamie was pretty impressed too. That’s the new boy in my class that I told you about. The one who also joined our soccer team. He moved here from Nova Scotia. I really like him a lot, he’s cool. Give Papa a BIG kiss from me!!!
His computer signaled incoming mail. Oh, from jt_sunshine! He opened it excitedly, there was a picture attached. Yes!!! That was exactly what he had imagined.

Thank you for the picture, that’s exactly what I wanted for Daddy, it’ll be the perfect Christmas surprise for him. You so ROCK!!! Can’t wait till I get to see you all! And I wanted to ask you something, Papa? How do I know if I’m in love? Because I think I am. But I don’t want to ask Mommy or Mama coz they are, you know, girls. They wouldn’t understand. But you are a man. Maybe we can talk about it when I come to visit on Christmas? Love you so much,

“It’s unfair!” Michael complained to his husband. “Why is it that Brian gets them all for Christmas? What about us?” He took a breath. “It’s too quiet here since Hunter started college. I miss him… and JR…”
“Did you speak to Mel?” Ben asked.
“Not yet,” Michael admitted somewhat sheepishly.
They were interrupted by the shrill ringing of their phone. “Hello?”
“Michael, is that you? Mel here… Listen, JR and I wanted to know if you and Ben would like to have her over at your place for the duration of our visit?”
A bright smile lit up his face.

“Oooooh, look at that, Mommy! Lots of fresh snow,” Gus exclaimed excitedly.
Lindsay joined her son at the kitchen window. “Wow! That’s least 9 inches. What do you think, Sweetie? Let’s take JR and go to the park. Mama is working, that will keep us out of her hair.”
Their teeth were chattering from cold when they returned home much later, but they had lots of fun… making snow-angels, snowmen, several snow-bunnies for JR and a snow-fort for Gus and his friend Jamie who was at the park too… and taking tons of pictures to later share with their dads.

Brian and Justin had fun building their own quite different snowman in the garden.
“Wow, that’s quite an impressive package…,” Justin marveled.
“Well… it’s an adult snowman, he has to be anatomically correct.” Brian defended his masterpiece.
“More like anatomically exaggerated… I’m thinking Zack O’Toole here.”
“Gives the expression “frozen stiff” a whole new meaning, wouldn’t you agree, Sunshine?”
One second they were both laughing then, as if on cue, their mouths met in a hungry kiss. Hot breath gusted over their cold faces as they kissed sloppily, swallowing each other’s moans.
“Time to take this inside where it’s warmer…”

Hi Daddy, hi Papa!
The indoor soccer tournament at school today really sucked!!! At first I got hurt. But don’t worry, it’s nothing bad. This stupid boy from the other team tackled me and I fell. I only got a nosebleed but coach took me out and I had to sit on the bench for the rest of the game. And then Jamie got furious and slapped the other boy in the face and he was kicked out of the game and banned from the rest of the tournament. Stupid referee!
Okay, I love you!

Blake started the CD of Puccini’s Turandot and they retired to their comfortable couch for a sweet nightcap of hot cocoa with mini-marshmallows.
“You think I should ask him?” Ted mused.
“I’d say go ahead.”
“He never liked them before…”
“Did he ever attend at all?” Blake asked.
“Only last year, with Justin.”
“Then ask him… whatever could happen?”
“You mean other than threatening me with my millionth pink slip?” Ted countered drolly.
“He never really means those anymore.”
“He can still get pretty scary… Okay, I’ll invite Brian to Kinnetik’s employee Christmas party. I’ll talk to Justin first though.”

“Let’s go shopping this weekend!” Justin suggested.
“But we bought all the presents already, we ordered them online, remember?”
“Sure, but we need more stuff… like decorations, wreaths, lights… and, of course, a tree!”
Brian groaned. “You know, you’re one scary twink. I never should have agreed in the first place.”
“Bah, stop queening out, Brian. I’ll do all the deco stuff and you know I won’t overdo like Debbie or Emmett. I’m an artist, it’ll be very tasteful. You trust me, right? …But…”
Brian knew there would be a butt… uhm, but.
“I refuse to buy the tree alone!”

Brian made sure to put on nice underwear for Drew Boyd’s new Brown Athletics photo shoot. He wore skintight black silk boxer briefs and a smirk.
He did, however, do a double take at Cynthia’s eye-catching red and green ensemble. She shrugged and grinned impishly.
“Just spreading some Christmas cheer.”
Drew looked great wearing the new underwear collection. Mouthwateringly sexy, Brian thought. His respect for the man had grown over the past years and he was secretly pleased that he and Emmett had found their way back together. Not that he would ever go so far as to tell them.
Friday, December 17, 2010
Justin and Emmett met at Starbucks to discuss the details for their upcoming Christmas celebration. Emmett had volunteered to organize the catering and Brian and Justin had gladly accepted.
“Baby, there you are!” Emmett hugged him enthusiastically.
“I have this absolutely fabulous idea for your dessert course. I know how you and Brian always loved Vic’s special homemade tiramisu. See, he gave me his secret recipe when we started our business together… what do you think?”
“I think that would be great,” Justin agreed happily. “But we want you as a guest in our home. So, no working then, okay?”
Saturday, December 18, 2010
“I talked to my mother this morning. Actually I first had Tucker on the phone, then her.”
“And what did Mother Taylor say to our invitation?”
“Oh, she was thrilled…,” came Justin’s somewhat hesitant reply. “It’s only… she asked if Molly could bring her boyfriend. This one seems to be serious.”
“The more, the merrier… what’s one more guest at that point?” Brian shrugged, then added with an evil grin, “but I hope for Molly’s sake that the boy isn’t too easily shocked. With all those queers around here, he might get scared out of his innocent little hetero mind.”

Brian had to acknowledge that Justin’s decoration was very classy and tastefully done, a fact that he was eternally grateful for. And now, to his utter surprise, he found himself having the time of his life setting up the Christmas tree with his partner. Fortified by mugs of spicy mulled wine and cinnamon punch they easily mastered the challenging task of evenly distributing lights and ornaments on the beautiful, fragrant fir tree. When they were done, he tackled a giggling and slightly tipsy Justin and they made hot, sweet love on the soft carpet in front of the Christmas tree.

This sucks!!! And not in the positive, life-affirming way as Brian would say. You celebrate your first Christmas at Britin and I can’t come.
But see, I told you it was just a matter of giving Brian the right motivation. I knew he couldn’t resist your ass LOL.
Wish I could be with you but I’m big as a house now. Your godson is due in three weeks. Kicks like a mule too. I’m SO excited!
Thanks for the picture of your painting. Brian will be so surprised when he gets it for Christmas.

Psst, Papa, is everything prepared? Gus
Hello Daddy and Papa!
JR and I are all packed up and ready to go already! Only two more days and we’ll be there! Today was the dance recital of JR’s ballet class. They did a children’s version of the Nutcracker and JR was one of the little mice. She looked funny in her costume. But it was really nice. Mommy promised to take me to the National Ballet on January 2, to see the real Nutcracker. I’m so looking forward to that!
Wednesday, December 22, 2010
“So how do we celebrate our last evening of joyous freedom? By this time tomorrow the munchers will be invading our home.”
“Gus and JR too,” Justin added with a Brian-worthy smirk, “although JR will leave with Michael and Ben later on Christmas Day.”
“Thank God for small graces…,” came the mumbled response.
“We could go to Babylon to try and recapture your lost youth,” Justin suggested wickedly which earned him a painful smack on the butt and an exasperated “Twat!” by his not very amused partner.
“Ouch! No, really… let’s go dancing and then stay over at the loft.”
Thursday, December 23, 2010
“Shit, you couldn’t live any more out of the way, asshole.” Mel grumpily greeted him upon their arrival. Brian already felt a headache coming. But then Gus was out of the car in a flash of excitement and all he had to do was open his arms for his son to jump in. The boy clung to him monkey-style and they hugged hard until they were both out of breath. It had been two months since their last weekend in Toronto and he had missed them, even Mel. God! Next he would grow a twat and start wearing fucking flannels.
Friday, December 24, 2010
“You and Gus conspired to get me into the fucking mall,” Brian accused Justin in a slightly panicked voice. “And what for? So that he and JR can sit on the lap of some fat guy in a Santa suit? Look at all those crazy people!”
“Stay calm, Brian,” Justin rubbed his back soothingly, “it’s really not bad. Babylon is always much more crowded than this.”
“Yeah, but with hot and fuckable guys… not with horribly dressed straight people from screaming toddler age up to geezerdom.”
“You’re too funny. But hey, look at Santa’s naughty elves! Aren’t they awfully familiar?”
Saturday, December 25, 2010
Justin whimpered as they were rudely roused from their sleep at the crack of dawn. What an ungodly hour to have to get up and spread the cheer. But his mood brightened quickly as they all sat down in front of the Christmas tree to open their presents. Brian’s face when he opened his present from Gus was priceless. While he seemed to have lost his capacity for speech, his eyes when they fell on Gus and Justin conveyed every single emotion he felt. This was truly a special Christmas, one that none of them would ever forget.
