I Hate Dogs (Fullmetal Alchemist, Prompt #102), Unexpected Tactics (Dragonball Z, Prompt #48)
Title: I Hate Dogs
Fandom: Fullmetal Alchemist
Characters/Pairing: Roy Mustang, Riza Hawkeye, Black Hayate
Rating: G
Word Count: 251
Prompt: #102 -- Bite
Summary: Roy Mustang should have known better than to extend his hand to that dog.
Riza led Black Hayate into Roy's office. It was a hard decision that she was begrudged to make, but while she was away, she wanted Roy to take care of her dog. She knew he would probably treat Black Hayate as nothing more than a dog of the military--just like Roy himself was.
"Colonel Mustang, sir. I need to ask something of you." Riza gave a stern look.
Roy smirked. "Anything for you, Lieutenant."
"Cut the crap." Riza grunted before leaving. "And don't be irresponsible with Hayate, Colonel. I'm counting on you."
Roy nodded, his eyes setting on the dog once the lieutenant was finally gone. He was going to make this dog a true military dog--teach military obedience. After all, to him, dogs were like loyal soldiers--they loved you and obeyed you no matter what, and only asked for affection and some food; the perfect military slave.
Giving a dangerous smirk, he reached for Black Hayate now. Suddenly, the Shiba Inu clamped his teeth down on the Colonel's hand, growling and bristling his fur. Roy cursed loudly, glaring at the dog.
"You know, you're the reason I hate dogs! They hate you and bite you for no reason, and ask for too much affection and too fancy of food! You're selfish you stupid mutt!" Roy snapped.
Hayate eyed him more now, biting down harder before finaly letting go. His mission from Riza was a success--Mustang would probably think twice before hitting on Riza--or before treating a dog like a slave.
Title: Unexpected Tactics
Fandom: Dragonball Z
Characters/Pairing: Toma/Bardock
Rating: PG
Word Count: 252
Prompt: #48 -- Blush
Summary: Toma always knew the best way to get that reaction. He just didn't expect to give the same reaction.
"Come on. It'll do you some good to get something to eat instead of sleeping all the time." Toma nudged his friend's scarred cheek.
Bardock let an eye flit open. "And what if I say I prefer sleeping to eating?"
"Then I'll shove this in your mouth." Toma wiggled a piece of cooked meat before dangling it closer to Bardock.
Slate eyes glared at the meat before the smaller man jerked himself upright to seize the meat. However, just as Bardock had almost gotten his teeth within reach of the meat, Toma jerked it away and laughed.
"So you are hungry after all, huh? Well, ya gotta do something if you want this." Toma smirked teasingly.
Bardock glared at him, his tail twitching slightly as though peeved at his friend's reaction. "Name your condition."
"Kiss me."
"You've got to be kidding me!"
Toma laughed wildly now. Mission accomplished. His platoon leader now had a faint red tinge on his cheeks, even if he were still giving an incredulous look. Suddenly, Toma found himself pinned against the wall, the smaller man forcing a kiss on him--complete with tongue. As they pulled away from the kiss, Toma glanced away, catching a reflection of himself in the nearby window; he had the same reddish tinge to his own cheeks now.
"Oh, fine. Take the meat. I didn't really think you'd do that." Toma grunted.
Bardock laughed. "You'd do well to learn that a good soldier deploys an unexpected tactic. No one ever expects the unexpected."
