John Jones had not been in this city long. And already, he had felt the chaos lingering around this place. He knew that it would not end pretty.. but his first task was to observe. He had just recently been accepted as a member of Homeland Security.

It was a good cover. His job there would give him resources and access to information that would be very beneficial to his acts as a hero. Not that he would take any credit.. people kinda freak out when they learn there's an alien in their midst.

So he was invisible for now, intangible as well.. every now and then, there would be a red streak behind him as he flew. He finally stopped on the roof of a six-story building. He allowed himself to be visible as he stood on the ledge. He watched people below, listening for clues that might tell him something interesting..
