Bruce surreptitiously straightened his jacket after he got out of the Bentley. He handed the keys off to the valet and then moved around to the passengar side of the car to offer Selina a hand. He was pleased to have finally convinced her to come out to lunch with him. Of course, he would only take her to the finest French restaurant in all of New York City, Le Bernardin.

Once they stepped inside, they were promptly led to a secluded table in the back of the room and givens menus.

Of course it had taken a long time for Bruce to get Selina to warm up to him at all, so the fact they were going out to lunch today was amazing. Sometimes he seemed like an alright guy but Selina hated the way women fawned over him because he was cute and rich. She hated his billionaire playboy image.

And now they were in a fancy restaurant, something she wasn't used to. She didn't have a clue what to order.

"I'm not sure what I want yet." Selina told him. She wondered what he was even doing with her. He was the Prince of Gotham and she was white trash, it didn't make much sense. He could have any girl he wanted but he hadn't given up on her despite the way she treated him most of the time.

"WHats good here?" she asked him, offering a small smile. She was not used to places like this.

	"Well, it really does depend on your taste." Bruce said. "The lobster is quite good, as is the surf and turf. My favorite would have to be the sea urchin caviar though." He smiled at her. 	Selina almost snorted, but she refrained. Batman had saved her once before though she was Catwoman at the time. She wondered if he wondered where she'd disappeared to after, especially with a knife wound like that. "Even Batman can't save everyone." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
