Where: A bar near the apartments, somewhere

Ray was in the bar, which had looked kind of nice, or, well, quietish, anyway, when he had arrived. He had found a booth, one where he could drink on his own, and watch people, or just stare into space, Which was what he was doing now.

Dressed in all black, well fitting clothing, and boots, he was not really thinking about anything much. Work had been long, and he was still getting his computer company set up, so things were unstable. Money was not a problem, but he sure did come home tired.

Thus, the bar, to forget, to block it out, to just not think, for awhile.
