Ship Reference
Here is a list of the currently active ships, with listed crew.
Blackbird Description: The Blackbird is the flagship of the Rebel cause. It is built for speed and stealth, and is heavily armed. No one crew operates this ship on their own, but anyone trained to pilot has also been trained on the Blackbird, should the need for them to use it on a mission arise. Though the ship is a stealth craft, it is also very well known throughout the 'Verse as a Rebel ship, and has many rumors and legends attached to it. It is mostly used when the Rebels need to make a statement. Mission statement: The Rebellion. All of it. Home port: Serenity-X Additional info: The Blackbird is the official, most recognizable ship used by the Rebels. If you roll into town in this ship, everyone will immediately know who you're with. Crew: Variable |

Demon Bear Description: The Demon Bear is an older, fighter class ship. It has little room for cargo and is equipped to hold six crew members in its three living quarters. There is a small med bay, a kitchen and the engine room in addition to the cockpit. There is a rather large armory, two gun turrets and one mounted cannon. Mission statement: Defend the home sky. Home port: Serenity-X Additional info: Demon Bear is meant more for in orbit defense of Serenity-X than travel. Crew: |

Lady Luck Description: The ship is medium-sized, fairly new, well-kept, and the interior is very orange. It has a rarely used but fully stocked lab, a much more frequently used shooting range and gym, and an obscenely large armory. Living quarters are comfortable, but not extravagant, with a functional kitchen and lounge, and nine bedrooms. The bedrooms vary in design, having been modified along the way. There is one master bedroom, and crew quarters include both single-bed rooms and rooms with two sets of bunk beds. Despite its size, the ship has been designed to be able to be run with a very small crew. Mission statement: The crew primarily spies for the Rebels while pretending to be a neutral crew of mercenaries. Tricky. Home port: Vega Valley, Core Additional info: They'll take jobs anywhere, for anyone, so don't be surprised if you see them in town. Make sure to leave the kitchen/lounge area clean, because Domino knows where you live. Crew: |

Neena Thurman (Domino) captain _domino_ |

Jack Russoff (Werewolf) pilot mooncooties |

Leapfrog V Description: The Leapfrog V is small and vaguely shaped like it's namesake. It is smaller than any freighter, but larger than any attack fighter. It has four bunk rooms (one is devoted to Gert's 'collections'), a small kitchen and one cot medbay. The rest of the ship is made up of the engine room and cockpit. Mission statement: DOWN WITH THE MAN! We don't care which Man, they can all go! Um, I mean the crew of the 'Frog are freelance space pirates with a tendency to target the Alliance without provocation and other space pirates who pick on the common folks just trying to get by. Home port: None Additional info: The 'Frog is completely custom built, there is no other ship like it in the universe. It is chock full of experimental tech Chase has created, including the AI taken from the original transport they used to escape, a lot of guns (both shipboard and the kind people fire), a partially functional cloaking device (it can hide the physical appearance of the 'Frog but not make it undetectable by other sensors) and advanced communication and onboard sensors, plus whatever new toys Chase is working on. Crew: |

Chase Stein (Talkback) captain, engineer, pilot talkbacker |
||
Gert Yorkes-Stein (Arsenic) language specialist, intelligence arsenical |
||
Molly Hayes (Bruiser) medic, co-pilot itsbruiserbitch |

Le Requin Description: Le Requin is a small ship that is just new enough to not look out of place on fancy Core planets and has just enough dings and scratches to look perfectly at home in the Fringe. It is full of hidden compartments, and has four bedrooms, as well as a fully stocked galley, med bay, and lounge area. Mission statement: Don't get caught. Home port: Serenity-X Additional info: Crew: |

Remy LeBeau (Gambit) captain, pilot countingcoup |

Soulsword Description: The Soulsword is small and battered. It's a very old model transport ship that was retired years ago and was initially designed for short flights to transport cargo to and from moons to larger cargo ships in orbit. The idea was that this way all cargo from several planets and their moons could be loaded at one. It was scraped shortly after because of the cost to fuel and crew all the ships. Belasco bought up a bunch of these ships and turned them into slave runner vessels. Three of the original six rooms for quarters are still setup as such. Each room has two bunk beds on each wall and one metal closet. The other rooms have been turned into storage rooms and cargo holds. The med-bay and the kitchen are in the same space. The cockpit is tiny, the engine room is cramped. Though it's slightly bigger than The Leapfrog, it's technologically inferior. It is equipped with ancient weapons thanks to its time as a slave transport. Some say it only stays in the skies because of Illyana's determination. Mission statement: Revenge, retribution, rescue, revolution. Illyana travels the skies with two main goals in mind: Find and save Piotr (if possible) and find and kill Mikhail. If she happens to come across other wrongs that she can right, she's more than happy to do it but that's her driving motivation. Home port: None Additional info: The Soulsword needs constant repairs that Illyana is not trained enough to make. As a result she spends a lot of time trading favors and items with the crew of the Leapfrog and the residents of Serenity-X for mechanical help. Jono is a rare male addition to her crew as Illyana normally does not tolerate men on her ship. Crew: |
||
Illyana Rasputin (Darkchilde) captain revengetour |
||
Xie E (Wicked) companion xie_e |
||
Jono Starsmore (Chamber) reluctant crewman hole_hearted |

Vöglein Description: The Vöglein is a very expensive, custom-made vessel. It is small, with only three rooms for crew housing, but is equipped with technologies that allow it to pack just as much of a punch as a larger craft when necessary. Despite its size, it is suitable for long-distance travel, and it is constantly being upgraded when new technology is available. Although upon first glance, the ship looks built primarily for transport, it has many small hidden areas and is, not unlike its owners, much more than it appears to be. There are no fewer than three vaults, as well as multiple weapons caches and a small but secure brig. When the vessel is used for more recreational purposes, all of those areas are concealed and locked, with multiple alarms systems set in place. Mission statement: None of your business. Home port: Neu Österreich, Fringe Additional info: If you scratch this ship because you suck at docking, you'd better just leave the planet immediately. Crew: |

Raven Adler-Darkhölme (Mystique) captain darkhoelme |
||
Irene Adler-Darkhölme (Destiny) co-captain blind_destiny |

Widget Description: The Widget is a small, stealthy craft. It is currently equipped to house a crew of no more than five, but does have a cargo area with additional seating for short trips. It features top of the line, constantly changing computer systems, which are generally designed and installed by Kitty (though she will take suggestions from other people), and is unmatched as a communications vessel. It is, essentially, a great big mobile lab, and as such is rarely used for active combat. It doesn't have much in the way of weapons, but does have very advanced shields and holographic cloaking abilities. Mission statement: Be sneaky, get information. Home port: Serenity-X Additional info: Though the shell of the Widget is a relatively standard model, the inside has been redesigned in chunks as necessary over the years, and much of what's in there is custom built, especially in terms of the computer-based systems. There is an on-board AI system, programmed to take certain commands only from Kitty, and holographics play heavily into the interior design. For example, all of the standard doors have been removed and replaced with hard light holograms. This was done in part to allow for more equipment to be installed without having to worry about weight, and in part because holograms are cool. Crew: |

Zebulon Description: Originally a lower-end transport vessel, the Zebulon has been partially rebuilt by the crew, cobbled together from pieces of other ships and made into something a bit more functional for battle. It has small living quarters (as they prefer to live on land and don't mind sharing), and features a charmingly unreliable after-market cannon and a large cargo net, for catching Cannonball on return trips. Mission statement: Kick ass and take names in the name of the family and the rebel cause. Home port: Serenity-X Additional info: They are a family. Which means if you mess with one of them, you mess with all of them. This is not advised. Crew: |
