Final Fantasy X, Yuna/Shiva, cold fingers
Yuna tried to pray. But her mind kept spiraling the voice that had issued from the sphere, the one that accused Seymour of fratricide, and worse. She kept trying to find a new inflection in his tone that would calm her fears and give her better guidance.
“Words will not avail you now.”
Yuna gasped as the temperature plunged. She had been raised in the warmer climes of Bevelle and Besaid, this kind of cold was completely beyond her ken. A shadowy outline of a woman bundled in furs floated over the glass-covered Fayth statue. She shivered as the woman floated near.
“How can you act, if you are so frozen with doubt?”
Yuna's teeth chattered hard. “I... I d-d-don't und-der-st-st-and,” she tried to speak. “Whuh... why... h-h-how c-c-c-” She gasped and then whimpered as the icy air knifed into her lungs, making her clutch her chest and hunch over.
The air in the room got even colder as the light changed and the woman morphed. Yuna felt her tears freezing on her cheeks as she fought to breathe. Would she die here, pilgrimage unfulfilled?
“Instinct is the key to your survival. Do not think, or you will die.”
Fingers that burned with cold touched Yuna under her chin and lifted her face. She had a glimpse of blue skin, blue hair, and an expressionless face getting closer until soft, cold lips pressed into hers. She gasped, but instead of the killing cold air a warm breath filled her lungs, and she clung to the Aeon like a drowning soldier.
Cold fingers caressed her neck, but it was a cold that left a burning warmth in it's wake, and she encouraged them to go where they would. One of them brushed her nipple, and it hardened like it did when she touched them when she last allowed herself to think of Tidus, and she moaned as heat flared there and traveled to her gut and pooled between her legs.
She could feel the Aeon smiling against her desperate kisses. “Now, go and save your friends, and the world.” whispered in her mind as the icy goddess burst into a cloud of pyreflies and pierced her as deeply as the cold. Yuna screamed as the pleasure & pain of body and soul mixed, and for a moment she could see everything...
Gasping, but the air no longer hurting her, she took up her fallen staff and climbed back up to the Temple.
