At first he just froze. He wasn't sure he'd heard the voice right, and was more than a little annoyed to turn and see that he had indeed pegged the owner for who he was. Silver wasn't sure how to react at first. He'd not seen the man in years, and of course the first thing he does is tell him what to do!
He had been working on 'that impulsiveness thing' in the time since he began training in the Dragon's Den, or at least trying to. He paused and thought, finishing the act of ordering what he'd come for, then waited at the for it to arrive without regard to having been asked to take a seat.
It was shortly thereafter that he moved to sit across from Giovanni, leveling a glare at the man but saying nothing else. He was intent to show that he wasn't intimidated by him, even if it meant putting up with his company.
That was the point in time he realized he had no idea what he'd intended to do once he got there.
