I would prefer playing in someone else's sandbox, though I'm not against designing/running a game with someone else, should it come to that. I'm good at the admin stuff, really really bad at the mod/player interactions - so you'd have to be the good cop.
I'm looking for a future-gen Harry Potter game that does not focus on the kids/shipping/mundanities of school life. I'd like a future-gen game that allows the adults to have some spotlight time, too, and has a plot. (People coming back from the dead is a double bonus). I would prefer a game that does not have a preset student list, because those bug me. I like being able to pick my own pup's first name kthx. I would prefer a game in which the professors are playable, as at least three of my future-gen muses are adults at school (I have a Muggle Studies professor, a healer, and on occasion, a Neville. And a wandmaker, but ... he has no business at the school).
I don't play on message boards, so it would have to be a journal game (IJ, LJ, IS, whichever).
I play a lot, so I'd prefer a fast-paced game with a lot of active players.
Writing examples on request, because depending on what you're after, you might get different links.
And while I'm dreaming, I'd like a pony and a plastic rocket.
