What: Bess Blake, Lord Beckett’s ne’er do good spy arrives in Tortuga and immediately starts scrounging for information amongst the locals.

First week in April

Overview:
In Tortuga
With the threat of Jones' terrible beasty looming over his head, Jack Sparrow has returned to the only "free" port left in the Caribbean, Tortuga, in search for souls - any souls - to square his debt with the captain of the Flying Dutchman. After stowing away on a merchant vessel, Elizabeth Swann has also managed to find her way to the pirate haven, along with former-commodore James Norrington. Evelyn Dillingham and Bess Blake are also in the town, the former following rumors in hopes of finding her childhood friend and the latter scrounging for information to take back to Lord Beckett. Also among the crowd in Tortuga is Pirate Lord Villanueva.

In Port Royal
Governor Swann has relinquished almost everything that is dear to him to Beckett in hopes of saving his daughter from an unimaginable fate, and Henry Hart has just arrived in town.

Aboard the Dutchman
Both William Turners have discovered that the other is actually alive. Unfortunately, this realization comes at the most inopportune time. The captain of the Flying Dutchman is moodier than usual, since he agreed to hold off on claiming Jack Sparrow's soul just to give him more time to stall.

Elsewhere
Admiral John Bratton and his wife Charlotte are in Kingston for the time being, and Captain Amaranta Castille is on a mission from the King of Spain to capture Jack Sparrow.
