Viktor flung the engagement announcement section of the Prophet across the bar with a scowl. “Veasleys.”

“Weasleys,” echoed a female voice next to him, with a resignation he knew far too well.

Viktor turned and found himself staring into a thicket of dark curls. He liked curls. “You haff a story, I take it?”

She tossed back her head, revealing lovely hazel eyes and a smile, and held up her empty drink glass. “I’ll tell you, if you’ll buy me another one of these.”

“It vould be my pleasure, Miss…?”

“Clearwater.” The smile grew. “But you can call me Penny.”
