Rating: PG-13, for now.

Tony had been interviewing people all morning. Some, he hired on the spot. Some, he took their information to call back later. And some he politely said don't call us, we'll call you. He wanted a certain caliber of person for his club. A certain image. Most clubs opened, then closed soon after. Few managed to find that niche, make the splash, that gave them staying power. Partly, that was image. Partly, it was the clientele they managed to attract. Mostly, though, it was who they hired. It was something few people realized. But the clubs that managed to stick around all had hot people working there, and something that set them apart.
Tony still had a week to find the people he wanted to represent him. He just hoped he managed to find more of them that afternoon. He had ten more interviews set for that day. If he found three more employees, he'd be happy.
The club was dark, empty, with a sense of anticipation.
At one end of the bar, he had a station set up for bar tending candidates to show him what they could do. On the dais, the alter was set up for the dancers. He had some music and the tech set up for potential DJs. And all had been used.
But this next hopeful was none of those. He was interviewing for a position among Tony's Security Staff. And for Tony, a life time member of the Gambino Family, Security was the most important part of the operation.
Unfortunately, it was also the one area he had yet to find competent help he felt he could trust. And he had to be able to trust them.
Sitting back in his chair, he waited, meditatively tapping his pen on the legal pad in front of him and hoping that this one would manage to pass muster.
