"I found it rummaging through my pack for a snack on a ferry from Crete to Athens," Jackson replied with a grin. "And it's true, no fucked up joke. In some ways I wish it were but in a lot of others I'm very glad it isn't. This feels... right, you know? Athens specifically but Greece in general feels more like home than New York ever did and I'm guessing it feels that way to you and the others too.
"Question is, why? And I'd be careful about what you right in your journal. Other people read your entries and they aren't shy about responding. I don't really believe in magic, but those journals and all of these coincidences and knowing people is making me rethink all that."
