The conversation with Jackson was winding down as they extended their supposed 10 minute break to however long they felt they deserved. Keiran still had yet to touch his beer, and he really was wondering if had become some sort of alcoholic in the past couple years...
This thought process was interrupted as a familiar man strode up to their table, greeting them in a manner that... Keiran really didn't think was wise, considering that Jackson was at the table. However, he was glad to see Sam. Someone else that he had a connection with. Someone that he could compare to Jackson's “Ginny” character...
“Sam!” Keiran cheered, with a bit more enthusiasm than was generally accepted between two males. Keiran readily blamed the shots he'd been taking every time there was a break in orders.
He gestured towards the booth as an invitation for Sam to sit down, grinning across the table at Jackson. “I met Sam the other day. Or yesterday, was it yesterday?” He paused, shrugging his shoulders, “Doesn't really matter. I think he has a journal, too.”
