At the moment, Dylan was very glad his shop had air conditioning. Dylan felt his cheeks redden as his arousal level rose. Luckily, due to the cool temperature of the store, that was kept to a minimum, and in the shaded lighting, was barely noticeable. Who was this girl, and why was she having such an intense affect on him? He couldn't explain it, but it was like they were magnets, and no matter what he did, Dylan would keep getting sucked in.
But she was ignoring him!
Dylan's temper flared as a dark shadow crossed his eyes. Who did she think she was, just blowing him off like that? Clenchingvhis fists, Dylan tried to calm down. What was he going to do? Throw her on the ground and tie her up? Hey, that wouldn't ... No! Inhaling and exhaling slowly, but quietly, Dylan counted to ten in his head. Not that it helped much, it was at least something. Coming around another isle, Dylan popped up on the other side of the girl.
Deciding he had to try something, he smiled again. Thrusting his hand in her direction, he quickly said "I'm Dylan. Have you seen our ad? Free aquarium? I can set you up with something real nice, for however much or little you want to spend!" Dylan couldn't believe the words that were flying out of his mouth. He knew tourists, and he knew they didn't want to be bothered, so why was be bothering her? And talking about selling her stuff? It wasn't even about the sale, it was something inside. Something that soared when she was looking into his eyes, but was stabbed as she walked away from him. He needed her to want him, to want to be around him.
"Sorry," he apologized, not waiting for answer. "I'm not usually this us... nervous... around such attractive women. I don't even care if you want to buy anything. Would you like to go for coffee, or lunch? I'll close up right now, no one's coming around." Dylan's voice was incredibly quick, as his emotions and nerves were taking over. He needed to breathe, and he needed to get this girl out of here. Hell, he didn't even know her name and he was blabbering on like an idiot. There was something intriguing about this girl, and something that made him feel dangerously possessive.
