"Considering I just got here a couple of days ago, you're practically fluent," Jackson grinned. He looked over at the waitress and held up his fingers indicated two and hoping that she understood that he would have what the girl was having.
The waitress looked at him slightly bewildered, before her forehead cleared and she nodded.
"I never caught your name," he said, leaning back on the sturdy wire chair. The crowds passed by them, braving the growing afternoon heat but there was a nice breeze and it was cool where they sat in the shade. "And how old are you? You look pretty young to have a professional career in football."
