House hated Wilson's new hobby. After several trips to Micheal's, Wilson came home with bags full of knitting needles and yarn. Wilson began making a scarf that night, and House had the illusion of his mother next to him that night as they watched Monday Night Football.

House hated Wilson's new scarves, tea cosies (they didn't even have a tea set), and socks. He made them every chance he could, and he made them even in his office. House knew what he was getting for his birthday.

House hated receiving random gifts containing knitted sweaters and hats. But at the same time he loved him for it.
