Forever Long
Title:Forever Long
Rating:PG
Pairing:Faramir/Eowyn
Summary:They will always love each other.
Written for telpelinda!
Faramir loved to go horseback riding with his new bride. She was so graceful on a horse, yet powerful enough to keep it in her control. Her hair would blow in the wind and her laugh made him smile. He loved it when she would challenge him in a race, always knowing she would win. At the end they both would hold hands as the rode their horses back to Minas Tirith.
Eowyn was glad to have found a husband who loved her for her. They discussed many topics and walked in the courtyard in Minas Tirith many times. She loved his dark hair and sweet voice as he talked. Ofter she and Faramir would sword fight, always ending in a tie. Both of them would kiss afterwards and often go and count the stars. They sometimes would sing together, long into the night.
Faramir always brought Eowyn flowers every week, as they were soon to die. But the rebirth of the flowers each year, meant their love would never end. And it never did. As couples do, they had their bickering and fights, but they always loved each other, even when they thought they didn't. It never meant who apologized first, because it was always equal.
Eowyn, soon after their wedding, was found to be with child. This caused much rejoicing. It was a boy and his name was Elboron. She nursed him and he soon became a strong little boy. She and Faramir both taught him leadership and diplomacy as he got older. He became a very respectable young man, and brought the lovers much joy.
Faramir and Eowyn both lived on to old age. Forever long did their marriage last. Their son was Faramir's successor. And where Faramir was gone, Eowyn did weep, but she knew that soon she would be reunited with him, because their love never ended. It went on and on, in rebirth like the flowers Faramir once gave Eowyn.
