At Pax Letale, an awakening has begun. As these gods rediscover themselves and each other, the seemingly invisible but ubiquitous management tracks each of them quite closely, and the very building itself seems to have an agenda of its own. And as the gods made humans in their own image - or humans made them in theirs - so will the the behavior of the people of Pax turn as dark as their deities. Blood, strife, sex, petty plots, torture - even murder will wind their ways into Pax Letale.

Hello everyone in this absolutely lovely building - I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Juliet Blackwater, and I've taken up residence on the eighth floor. Um, I work at Balboa Public Library and I'm a Lit major at UCLA. Is anyone else in the building a student? Otherwise, I suppose if you need a book recommendation, I'd be good to ask. Hey, I'm starting to get the hang of these filters on the forum. Cool. We're also home on Halloween, if you hadn't looked at your schedule yet. Any way I could crash whatever your plans are? Because I really don't want to sit at home like a loser on Halloween.

Whoever redecorated while I was away... what the fuck? Seriously, not a fan. If I wanted dirt on the floor, I'd be paying a hell of a lot less in rent.

Hey, sis, guess you saw we blew chunks today. Coach is going to run us to death. Any way you could fake some kind of family emergency so I can have a freaking day off? Seriously, though, I'll try to at least make it back into the city for lunch this week. I'm tired of this season already. Oh, and my mattress is still on the floor.

Hi, neighbors. Nice to meet you. I'm the newest reason for all the banging around in the halls. I'm Tyler Nash - yes, that Tyler Nash, for you football fans out there. It won't break my heart if you cheer for another team, though I might have to go cry in my pillow like an emo kid for a while. Anyway, I'm not going to be around much until the season's over, since my coach is an evil bastard who doesn't believe in days off and I'm commuting when I'm not tired enough that I just crash with a teammate. Introduce yourself if you see me around, though, but I'm gonna warn you that I suck with names. And hey, if anyone wants Chargers tickets, I can get you a discount. I kind of have an in.
