[[ ANOTHER COLOR? ]] You might get pulled into what can only be a hallucination of the Netherworld. Lasts overnight, you wake up in bed the next morning.
[[ DECLINE OFFER. ]] Nothing happens. How strange.
All options leave you surviving, but it all feels real.

A new rule is being issued as of now. If you go on semi-hiatus, you’re only permitted to be inactive for one month and a half. A semi-hiatus is named such for a reason, and while we don’t expect the same level activity we would when not on any sort of hiatus, we do expect some activity, even if it’s commenting to the posts others make whenever available. If anyone feels they can’t do this, they should take a full hiatus rather than risk having any of the characters they play dropped.
If the mun has any character(s) who have been completely inactive for that term, they will be given a warning after a month and a half. You will have one week to show some activity before we drop the inactive character(s). Remember, if you start out on a semi-hiatus and later feel as if you can’t be active, you can always change the semi-hiatus to a full one. We would rather that happen, than to see any characters drop.

Branch 42 is issuing new vitamins to help improve brain function in classrooms! Please enjoy them and good luck in the classroom!

Little does Branch 42 know, there is an unfortunate (or maybe fortunate?) side-effect that these new vitamins have! In production, they were exposed to a specific kind of radiation that gives people super-powers!
(If your character has a super-power already, that super-power will be gone and replaced with the one that they receive by the effect of this event.)
Here's how it's going to work:
1.) Comment in reply to this post.
2.) A mod will reply with THREE super-powers. One super-special-awesome, one funny, and one randomly selected power. This will also include a possible drawback to having each power.
3.) The mun will select one of the listed powers for their character to have. It's up to the mun which one they get, but try to make sure you're fun and fair and don't give all of your characters the best possible powers ever because they're totally awesome. It's understandable if you've only go one or two, but if you've got 3+ characters, you should mix it up a little.
4.) Don't like the three powers you got? Reply to the three powers comment with the word "Reshuffle" to get three new ones. However, you can only "Reshuffle" once per mun.
The last day of this event will be Sunday, June 26th. If you don't want to participate, say that your character was away from the campus on the day that the vitamins were administered. Have fun!

Wondering why you've all had to go to a hotel recently? That's because PLC's Dormitory was getting renovated! All students are now fully equipped with five-star dormitory rooms including their own kitchens, bathrooms, and two bedrooms.

In an effort to test out a number of drugs in combination with each other, Branch 42 releases a number of products from various companies at the same time. Unfortunately, because some of the combinations aren't intended to happen, certain individuals will end up with less fortunate problems than others.
1. Clothing Phobia. Fear of all clothing except underwear results in an inability to wear clothing, regardless of situation.
2. Lose Your Senses. Lose one sense (touch, taste, smell, hearing, sight). Player may choose their character's sense that is lost.
3. Cupid's Arrow. Fall deeply in love with the first person that you lay eyes on.
4. Age shift. Physical (and possibly mental, up to you) increase/decrease in age. To what age is up to the player.
5. Face Change. Look like someone else for a day. It's not a body swap, you just look like them. Exactly like them. Player may choose which individual they change into unless objected to by the character in question's mun.
6. The Goddamn Pen is Blue. Can only speak the truth. If you tell a lie, your pants literally catch on fire. Just kidding. You just can't tell them at all (like in the movie Liar Liar if you want a reference).
HOW YOU KNOW WHICH YOUR CHARACTER GOT STUCK WITH: Reply to this post with your character's name, and either the number 1 or 2. The number 1 will indicate you would only like 1 of these ailments for your character. The number 2 will ask for more than one. Then, one of the mods will roll a 6-sided die (At this site!) or two 6-sided dice (depending on your choice), and tell you which two ailments you receive! That ways it's random and more fun! :D
*If you reaaaaally want to do a specific one of these, you can request it, but if you request one, your character automatically gets two and the second is random.
**If you don't reply by Friday May 27th then you'll be assigned one random ailment without say. If you would like to not participate, simply hold your post off until the end of the event. The event ends Friday, June 3rd.

By now, the drug in everyone’s systems has worn off completely. At this point, renovations are being made in all of the dorm rooms. Students and staff alike are asked (aka: required) to move into the same hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel. Room and board have been paid for in advance, so no one will have to worry about starving or where to sleep.
As for who you’ll be rooming with, that’s up to you. Everyone is required to room with at least one other person for safety and financial reasons. You can discuss and decide who room with who in the comments. One last thing. If you want to have your characters be forced to share a room with one king-sized bed instead of two beds, that's fine. It's up to you. Enjoy the break!

Branch 42 has allowed a privately-owned psychological medicine company to drug the water. Not with just any drug, mind you-- but a special kind of drug that works on the super-ego processes of the psyche. | PROM and SPRING BREAK -- Pre-Announcement |

Attention students: Don't forget to buy your dresses and tuxedos for the upcoming prom! We've got a brief overview of what to expect on this wonderful excursion, more details to come as the date (April 22nd) approaches!
PROM OVERVIEW
-Prom will be held on a cruise ship this year.
-The cruise will be one week long, leaving from the nearby port.
-Friday through Tuesday will be on-sea travel.
-The prom dance will be held on Friday night.
-On Wednesday, we will dock at Junuea, Alaska.
-On Thursday, we will cruise down the Inside Passage and dock at Vancouver around 5PM, giving you time to explore the evening and nightlife of the city.
-On Friday, we will depart at 6am and cruise back home.
-School will begin again on Monday.
-If you do not wish to attend prom but wish to attend the cruise, then feel free to stay in your room during prom festivities.
ATTIRE GUIDELINES
For Prom
-Men: Formal wear. Tuxedos, suits.
-Women: Formal wear. Nice dresses. Please make sure that your private parts are not visible.
For the remainder of the cruise
You may consider dressing warmly, as Alaska is very cold and we will be nearing glaciers. Pack extra clothing (+25% of the days you're going) in case of mishaps with water, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. You're going for 7 days, so pack for at least 9.
CHAPERONS
All teachers will be required to chaperon something. Some teachers will chaperon prom while other teachers will chaperon on-shore trips. Students under the age of 18 will be required to be chaperoned by a teacher while off of the cruise ship. There will be three teachers assigned to off-shore chaperon duty at each on-shore. If you get in trouble between now and the date of the cruise, you will be required to stay on ship. There will be security around the ship, so it will be unlikely that you will get off short of jumping into the cold (and sometimes icy) waters of Alaska and Canada.
ALL TEACHERS NEED TO VOLUNTEER FOR A CHAPERON POSITION. Available positions are as follows:

If you do not volunteer for a position, you will be given one, no ifs, ands, or buts unless all positions are filled. Reminder: All on-shore chaperon positions should be given priority over prom positions, as prom positions can be more easily covered by security guards.
RULES
-Don't push anyone overboard.
-No weapons. Your luggage will be scanned before being brought on board.
-No alcohol, drugs, or suspicious chemicals.
-When you leave the ship, you will be given a key card with a magnetic strip that you will scan that will let you back on board. This will also be your room key. If you lose this, you will need to find another way to get home as you will not be allowed back on the ship.
-You won't need a Visa or Passport, the school has already taken care of that.
-Obey all of the normal school rules regardless of the time (or by which authority) that they were introduced to the school, excepting the uniform policy.
OTHER
-There is an on-ship giftshop just outside of the ballroom for basic necessities, over-the-counter medications, and junk food, if desired.
-There is an on-ship bar for the adults (over 21) of the cruise. Entrance will be allowed based on a scan of your card key. If it is found that you have used someone else's card key or allowed someone under 21 into the bar using your card key, you will be under house-arrest in the lowest part of the ship, in handcuffs, for the remainder of the cruise.
-There is a swimming pool. It's indoors and heated, to make up for the cool air of Alaska.
-There are shows available throughout the cruise.
-Food and drink are complementary throughout the duration of the cruise, excepting the ordering of alcohol to designated rooms (adult over the age of 21 must be a resident of the room in order to receive alcohol).
-The cruise has its own medical bay in case of emergency and its own staff, so the school medical staff is allowed to relax for the duration of the cruise.
NEWLY ADDED! PROM QUEEN/KING
-Voting will occur during the prom event.
-Anyone may run for queen or king, but campaigning is your responsibility. If you want it, go get it!
-Voting rules will be exacted on the night of prom.
