The weather in upper New York is cold, 30 degrees with occasional powdery flurries, nothing sticking to the roads until 11 am. Then it climbs to 35 degrees with occasional fine drizzle with overcast mixing occasional times of sunshine.
One more death this morning. Tray Carlton, 19. He never saw a doctor until his girlfriend called an ambulance. He died in Messena St. Regis Hospital emergency room. His hair had traces of gray and he was severely dehydrated. |
