You needn't apologize, not to me. I certainly can't force you to change your mind, as discomfiting as I find some of your opinions. If I can't adequately explain the Chantry's teachings when pressed, I must find a more effective way to present it.
Unfortunately, what you said just now cut to the heart of the matter. I never meant to imply that the poor are sinners by nature, nor do I mean that mages are bad-natured, but regretably, mages must carry the burden of mankind's sin.
I don't mean to say that- I don't think of mages as lesser than other people. I have known some remarkable mages, people who were kind and selfless. They aren't to be pitied or feared, they should be admired for overcoming the adversity into which they were born!
