Hello and welcome again to the inaugural round of Parsel Fest! Please take the time to read the community and fest rules. By signing up for this exchange, you agree to follow all of the rules outlined in the rules. To keep things in neat order, all sign ups will take place on LiveJournal. If you cannot post on LiveJournal for whatever reason, fill out the request and send it to parselfest@gmail.com. I will post your request for you.
