Not sure I expected heaven or hell but not LA. Friggin Hollywood Sign right up on the hill and some woman that tells me if I'm all lost and confused to log on to the internet to this weird board people keep talking about. I know people say it has all the answers but come on.

So I guess what I'm asking, while very aware how crazy I sound, is, Are there answers?, or is this actually some fucked up kinda limbo. And where is my Mom? Because if I'm here then she...she needs to be here too.

The Hyperion is standing and the only people who died are a mass amount of turkeys. They died for a good cause. Nosferatu Dracula is staring me down and demanding to be watched. First one is so weird looking. At least he doesn't have fruit punch mouth.

I'm going to try calling outside this city again, and then I'm going to find some demons that need to be hit and introduce them to some shiny new weaponry.

It's been an interesting past few days.

Sometimes I wonder if it would be bad for my whole Redemption to off a few of those hippie witch types that come in and out of the shop all the time. They have no idea what the world is and I think it'd do us all a favour.

Decided it'd be a bad plan, Still I hated the sixties. Full of them. Did have Jim Morrison though. He was allowed be a hippie.

Found a job. It's a security guard gig for some big time laboratory on the other side of the city. The pay is surprisingly decent for a job like that, so I'm probably going to end up looking for an apartment out there within the next couple days. I'm gonna need to live closer to work if I want to get there on time every day. I'll miss the house, but I really need the job. Plus, it's a foot in the door. History on a security team might actually stand for something solid if I decide to pursue some of the careers I was considering.

Now I'm off to sign up for internet classes. Not the same as going to a campus, but I'll settle for now. It's a start.

Oh, and thanks for the Christmas gifts. I really enjoyed them.

I got to hug my mom for the first time ever. I don't know how..it doesn't make sense if they're ghosts that we can touch them, but I don't think I care. I was starting to forget her. I thought I was gonna lose my memory of her because I couldn't remember what she was like. But she was here. I think...maybe it was really her. She didn't hurt me, she was proud of me. Isn't that what moms are like?

This time it was a bounty head from when I was on board the Bebop: insane clown/pro killer known as Mad Pierrot.

At least with Spike it was bittersweet, tonight was just madness since he followed me to the Welcome Center. He taunted me, it was like I was the next best thing with no Spike.

Shaken but unhurt in the physical sense.

I've been working on spending more time out of the house. Looking for a job, finally. No interviews yet, but I'm patient. I can wait.

On the other hand, I tried my hand at hunting tonight. Found a nest of nasty looking vamps. Took on a handful, but I need to go back and wipe the place out as soon as I get patched up and gather more supplies. I want to get them before they abandon the place, so if there's anyone out there who wants to help out? It'd be sort of awesome if you could.

Ben has a really good point you guys. Whether we like it or not we can't just sit back anymore. I'm not a leader type, not by a long shot but right now looking through magic books is not going to help. Whether I get support or not, I know I will be trying something. But what it is I don't know.

I think we should round up as many dangerously affected people as we can. Lock them up or something, I have my werewolf cage - that should hold them. And it's not them it's people who look like them, try to focus on that.

They'd want to be stopped. Speaking as werewolf, trust me on this one.

Are we any closer to working this out and what can I do to help?. You can use the Lux as a meeting place if the Hyperion's too hectic with the memory loss crazy?

ETA: Just thought of something. I think, and disagree if you want, but I think if the adate um...the group of people that don't remember their lives here are safe, I say we leave them till we figure this out. Telling them, freaking them out like that might make things worse. We track them all. I don't mind helping. I'll even...you don't have to...I'll do it for a discount...half price...kriff it free.

We make sure they're not in danger and we work on fixing them?
