	I don't have any idea. I really don't. Regulus said that most of the people aren't going to be cordial to me because of things that they know from the future, but I don't have any idea what that could possibly mean. Oh. Yeah. Sodding hell. This isn't exactly the best way to go about this, telling you over this message board, but it seems this isn't going to stop any time soon.

There was a prophecy, it said that someone born when Harry was - that's what we named the baby - might be able to defeat You-Know-Who. We went into hiding, Fidelius Charm. For months, all was well, then Hallowe'en night came and he made it into the house. James and I... we died, but my death protected Harry, so he survived.

Sirius was supposed to be the Secret-Keeper, but we all agreed they'd suspect him, so we chose you instead, to throw them off. No one knew that but you, me, James, Sirius and Dumbledore. It was a perfect plan.

This wasn't your fault, Peter. Somehow, he was smarter or better than anyone suspected and he found a way past that magic. There's absolutely no possible way you were to blame.

	I refuse to believe it, because that is positively insane. We all knew he could do things no other wizard or witch could do, save Dumbledore, he clearly found some way around it. Perhaps that's the point, that you don't remember. If you don't remember you weren't one, everyone can say differently about you with no need for proof, except James and I, because we both know better.
